I want to thank you for bringing your stress management training program to Rosendin Electric. Employees have been sharing feedback with me since you came, and the response has been so enthusiastic that our company president asked to join in on last week’s session. We are planning several more for the coming year. People especially appreciated the hands-on practical tools you offer and said they felt the program will help them get their work done more effectively.
But there was an additional benefit I hadn’t anticipated. People were surprised and gratified that the Company would offer training for them, personally. It wasn’t just technical/job skills training. It was help for them as human beings. Our management was pleased that people responded so positively, because we always want to show how much we value our people.
